Hospital care

Hospital care is for elders with high clinical needs, such as those who need assistance to move, to do simple daily tasks and those with complex medical conditions.

Day support or day programmes

Day support is an activity programme designed to support elders, who are living in the community,  during the day while their home carer takes a break. It’s also a great opportunity for social interaction.

Respite care

Respite care is short-term residential care that provides family carers with a chance to take a break and recharge their batteries, while their loved on enjoys a ‘holiday’ at an Enliven home.

Health recovery or convalescent care

Health recovery or convalescent care is short-term hospital-level care for elders who usually live in their own home, but need support while recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

Modified Tai Chi

Enliven’s modified Tai Chi classes are centred on slow, gentle and deliberate movements that have
