Enliven Central’s high quality, purpose-built retirement villas and apartments are purchased under a licence to occupy (LTO) arrangement. Our villages include:

- Huntleigh Apartments in Karori, Wellington

- Reevedon Village in Levin
- Woburn Apartments in Lower Hutt.
